✅Wedding in Tulum, all you need to know 🌴🌅

Tulum is one of the most emblematic archaeological sites of the Riviera Maya, in ancient times it was a fortified city of the Mayan culture. Tulum has grown considerably so that today it offers all the services for your comfort. It also has the best five-star hotels in the world that will make you live unique and unforgettable experiences.

Without a doubt, one of the favorite places to celebrate a destination wedding is the beautiful beaches of Tulum. Their paradisiacal scenery offers you a multitude of fun activities and natural attractions for your dream wedding.

The best destination to get married

Tulum is perfect! There’s nothing more wonderful than getting married on the beach full of sun, and sea. But for your wedding to be just as you planned it, we recommend that you have it between November and May because it’s the best season to enjoy the tropical atmosphere.

One thing you should keep in mind is that being a tourist zone, the prices of services will be somewhat high… But don’t get stressed out, with the help of a wedding planner, you will know exactly how to distribute the expenses so that your wedding will be incomparable.

The cost of having a wedding in Tulum is approximately 500 USD per person (it can be more or even a little less), depending on the place, the number of guests and the type of banquet. You also have to take into account the style of the wedding and other elements that you will want to include such as the DJ, furniture, decoration, flowers, alcoholic drinks, candy bar, photo service, among others.

A special, magical ceremony

Being a tourist destination, Tulum offers you a variety of places to marry the love of your life, whether it’s outdoors, on the beach or even in a hotel. The hotels include 40 rooms to host a maximum of 120 people; the well-known Beach Clubs don’t have rooms but you can celebrate a wedding ceremony for 200 people. Finally, the private villas are locations that accept a maximum of 120 guests, some of them have fewer rooms to host 25 people.

There are many ways to get married. It can be a traditional religious ceremony, the mass costs between 500 to 800 USD or a legal ceremony at the seashore, the price for a civil wedding is between 500 to 1100 USD, it includes the judge’s services, blood tests and transfer of the judge.

You can also celebrate a symbolic wedding where the bride and groom exchange a few words of love; or even if you are looking for a more intimate and spiritual experience, we recommend a Mayan ceremony so that the mother earth can witness the great love that you and your couple will promise to each other.
